Valadis solely trades through a network of resellers. These include installation companies, retailers and web shops. Valadis does not deliver to end-users directly.

If you would like to purchase products from Valadis directly, we ask you to send the following information to our sales department:

• A valid extract from your registration with the Chamber of Commerce (no more than three months old) - this must clearly state that you trade in ICT-related products.
• An invoice and delivery address
• An e-mail address (for pricelists and general terms and conditions)

Upon receipt of the above, the sales department will contact you. If your registration with the Chamber of Commerce demonstrates that the profile of your company is in line with our reseller profile requirements, we will register you as a reseller and send you our pricelist and terms of delivery.

Some important details:

• Valadis does not impose a minimum purchase amount.
• If the product is in stock and the order is received by us before 3pm, the product is dispatched the same day.
• First deliveries are subject to payment in advance, at all times. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also possible provided that the customer clearly indicates this in his/her order.
• Subsequently, a credit sale agreement is optional, to a certain maximum, provided a positive credit advice has been issued.
• Orders of less than EUR 750.00 are subject to EUR 14.90 handling costs.
• For our drop shipment service we have a drop shipment fee of 5 euro.
