The e-mail message must state the following: Brand, type and serial number of the products in question; Notification that this involves a commercial RMA; A description of the reason why the goods are returned.
The inside sales will contact you and will define which products can be send. The whole product must be returned in working order and in its original packaging. Please use a second box to put the original package in or use other additional packaging. Do not affix dispatch stickers on the original packaging. Please send the product to:

and state Commercial RMA on the outside of the package. The costs of dispatching the product to Valadis are payable by the reseller. Unstamped goods will not be accepted. All items travel under the responsibility of the sender. Valadis will not accept any claims for damaged and / or lost goods during transport. After requesting a commercial RMA and after having received the goods, the reseller is given a credit note to the value of the purchase price minus the costs charged by Valadis. Valadis reserves the right to charge 10% of the value per product returned to cover the costs for returned goods, subject to a minimum of EUR 25.00 per product. Defects (RMA)
We distinguish different types of defects: DOA (Dead on Arrival) DOA are those goods which are received by Valadis within 8 days after the invoice date. In case of a DOA, the faulty product will always be replaced with a new one. Products received outside this time frame will always be repaired under warranty. DOAs will only be accepted if the goods are returned complete, inclusive of all accessories and in their original packaging. In case of forward exchange, the DOA goods need to be with Valadis within ten working days after having been reported. If they are not, then the goods will still be invoiced.
Warranty Warranty is only valid if the goods no longer (adequately) function and they have been used according to the supplier's conditions (see also the general terms and conditions). The purchase date must also be within the warranty time frame. The goods will be repaired or replaced (with another already repaired product). We aim to execute this within one week, but, failing that, definitely within no more than two weeks.
Repairs This paragraph applies to goods outside the warranty time frame, or damaged as a result of unintended usage (see general terms and conditions). Before any repair work will be exe¬cuted, the client will receive a written quote. If no agreement can be reached about the written quote, then the research costs will be invoiced.

After checking by Valadis, the dealer receives an RMA form via e-mail or fax with the specified data. The received RMA forms need to be signed and sent together with the goods. The whole product must be returned in working order and in its original packaging. Please use a second box to put the original package in or use other additional packaging. Do not affix dispatch stickers on the original packaging. The actual warranty will be established upon receipt of the goods (after we checked if the goods have been sent according to the terms and conditions). Please send the product to: Valadis BV Attn. Exoneration clause to the above
Goods returned are only accepted by Valadis if they have been delivered by Valadis directly or indirectly and when they are not subject to any other explicit agreements with the reseller. The burden of proof in that respect rests with the reseller. If the problem cannot be reproduced by the technical service, inspection and dispatch costs will be charged. If the problem can be solved by replacing the firmware (software) in the device, inspection and dispatch costs will be charged. If the problem can be solved by changing the settings in the device, inspection and dispatch costs will be charged. If the product is returned at the explicit request of one of the Valadis helpdesks, inspection and/or dispatch costs do not apply. This forms an exception to points 2, 3 and 4. Faults caused by lightning, flooding etc. fall outside the scope of the warranty. Any costs incurred as a result thereof must be recovered by the customer from his or her insurance company.
