Valadis respects your privacy. The particulars you supplied when you registered will only be used when you submit an order or requisition.
When you place an order, we need your e-mail address and telephone number in order to make contact with you.
The particulars of your account are stored in a secured environment.  In your account we look up details such as your name, postal address and home address, so that you do not have to fill these in anew every time.
Besides the particulars about your account, we also keep a record of information about your orders. In this way, we can check back at any time to see what you ordered in the past. 
Your password is stored in a coded form. This code is also stored electronically in our database, and therefore we cannot see your password. Personal particulars in our possession are not supplied or sold to third parties, except in special circumstances, such as where it is required by law. In fact, you may at any time request us to remove your particulars from our records.
Our web shop makes use of permanent cookies at the intro page only. Valadis B.V. then registers a cookie so that you do not have to see the intro page at your next visit.
